Efadul Huq

Efadul Huq is a doctoral candidate in urban and regional planning at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His research explores the relationships between wetlands, livelihoods, and planning for urban resilience in the global South. More broadly, he’s interested in comparative investigations of nature-based infrastructure with a focus on environmental and social justice. In his free time, Huq enjoys reading and writing poetry and fiction.
